GO TO THE GOOGLE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS (eg. photo,position in the committee,). AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR DETAILS CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS WILL VERIFY IT AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP.
